Party terms and conditions

• The balance is due to be paid in full at least 2 days before the party. You will receive an email with a payment link to assist with this. Otherwise you must contact us to arrange payment.

  • Your booking is only fully confirmed when the balance is paid in full. The contract of sale is formed at the point the booking is fully paid your booking confirmation is issued showing the booking as fully paid. 

  • We reserve the right to refuse any booking for any reason.

   • If you need to adjust the number of children attending the party, this must be done at least 2 days before the party (subject to the minimum number of attendees). Once numbers have been confirmed we are unable to refund for any attendees that do not attend on the day.

   • Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before the start of your party.

   • Seating for 6 adults is reserved for your party, additional seating cannot be guaranteed.

   • The first part of your party is based in our party area within the main room. You are allocated a party room for 30 minutes of your party and it is not possible to access this room early in order to decorate etc. 

   • Pinatas are not permitted.

   • Please ensure you leave your party room promptly at the end of the allotted time and leave the play centre promptly at the end of your party to allow other parties to run smoothly. We reserve the right to make a charge if the room is not vacated promptly.

   • Please let us know of any allergy requirements at least 2 days before your party

   • Please provide the cake and candles, leave everything else to us
